More Than Moving Dirt: A Culture
Our trailbuilders do more than build trails. They pass on a culture, strengthen a community and create a lasting connection between the forest, the sport and the people. Thanks to them, SDM continues to evolve while remaining true to its values: quality, authenticity and passion.
How to Support Our Trailbuilders
There are several simple and concrete ways to support our volunteers:
- Take part in a trail work day
- Make a donation to LB-Cycle
- Follow them on social media
- Subscribe to Dig IT to stay informed about upcoming trail work days
- Purchase your trail pass
Respect the trails they build
Dig IT – A Platform Born in the Dirt
Since 2023, SDM has been using Dig IT, a trail work management platform designed specifically for trailbuilding communities.
Tested in the field by DigSDM and LB-Cycle, it allows volunteers to:
- Easily register for trail work days
- Receive important information
- Track their volunteer hours
An essential tool that helps structure operations, mobilize the community effectively and recognize each volunteer’s contribution.
