Refund Policy

Season Passes

Season passes are refundable according to the following schedule:

• 100% refund if cancelled before the start of the season.
• 50% refund if cancelled within the first 15 days of the season.
• Non-refundable if cancelled on or after the 16th day of the season.

IMPORTANT: Season passes are non-transferable and will result in a two-week suspension of your pass, in addition to a fee for its reinstatement.

Day Tickets

No refunds are offered for day tickets purchased. Date changes are not possible for day tickets.

Should we close the center, a refund for previously purchased day tickets or a date change will be offered.
